pt states she started having pain in the arm the evening after receiving the vaccines. when she arrived to pharmacy on 9-17-25 her arm where injections were given was hot to the touch and she stated she hadn't been able to sleep the previous night. She indicated she had been taking Tylenol and putting ice on it but it wasn't helping. She also mentioned that she had the same reaction when she got both vaccines in the same arm 3 years prior. I instructed her that she needed to see her doctor right away and she mentioned she didn't want to go all the way to where her doctor was. I reiterated she needed to see the doctor and she agreed. Called her at 8:50 am 9-18-2025 and she said the pain was mostly gone and she had slept good last night. She stated she never went to see her doctor as we discussed.
