Symptom narrative

pt started getting swollen lymph nodes at the back of the neck. The ear and left side of the neck was also swollen. Under the neck was painful. On the 5th she started having fever and chills that lasted 12 hours. On the 6th she developed a rash on the arms, face, stomach, back, and upper legs. On the 7th trying play pickle ball, she became very winded. On the 10the she was winded when playing ball and her right wrist started hurting. It was swollen and painful. On the 11th the left ankle became painful and swollen. Her right knee was so swollen she couldn't bend it past 45 degrees. On the 12th, her back, wrist, and left knee became painful and swollen. Her ankle and knees are back to normal then but her wrist and hands were painful, swollen and started tingling, then became numb that kept her awake. Ibuprofen did not help with pain or swelling. After nine days the pain in the back of her head was finally getting better. She contacted the clinic where she was vaccinated and was told to schedule an appt with a rheumatologist and never to take the MMR vaccine again. If her symptoms do not improve she will follow up with the rheumatologist for treatment.
