MILD TONGUE SWELLING LASTING APPROX 12 HOURS, TENDERNESS AT SITE OF RSV VACCINE. NO OTHER SYMPTOMS, NO TREATMENT. PATIENT DID NOT REPORT, PER FAMILY MEMBER IT WAS MENTIONED IN CONVERSATION ABOUT HIS VACCINES RECEIVED ON 9/16/2025. ADDED TO ALLERGY LIST. PATIENT REPORTS NO NOTICEABLE REACTION TO THE PNEUMONIA VACCINE.
