Symptom narrative

Within a couple hours I had ringing in my ears that would become more intense when moving jaw, extreme muscle soreness that last several days, and a pain in my chest.

Lab data

The chest pain waned but persisted slowly and more aggressively until a culminating event which I passed out from AFIB. It took almost a year for the AFIB event to occur but had angina leading up to it from the moment I got the vaccine. Also had SVT events and needed an ablation for each until the angina went away.
