Symptom narrative

Patient statement: "Dr yesterday I went for my regular exam at the eye doctor. Two days prior to the appt I noticed a black line across my vision on my right eye. I thought that maybe it was a cataract. To my shock I was referred to Dr right away because I couldn?t complete my eye exam as I couldn?t read out of my right eye. After the exam with Dr, I found out I had a stroke in my right eye. He said it was likely due to my high blood pressure, yet I?ve been on that medication for a year."
