Symptom narrative

Neuralgia of trigeminal nerve on right side of scalp, temple, and jaw. Tachycardia/bradycardia with chest pain. Fluctuations between hypertension and hypotension. Dizziness/faintness upon standing. Increase in migraine attacks with visual aura. Chronic fatigue and intermittent difficulty with cognitive processing.
