Symptom narrative

I developed a heart condition at 24 years old after having no family history of cardiac issues and having gone through extensive physicals in order to go through flight training. I am now 27 years old, with diagnosed ventricular and supraventricular tachycardia. Additionally, I have a cardiac MRI suggesting borderline dilated cardiomyopathy.
