Symptom narrative

Local site reaction with erythema and swelling at site of vaccination on right thigh. Started on 9/17 and persisted through the night until seen in clinic on 9/18. Erythema had decreased and swelling had slightly increased compared to the day before. The reaction measured 11.5 cm x 8 cm. No significant pain. No fever. No neurological symptoms. Otherwise doing well and behaving normally. Overall the area is improving and would anticipate full recovery within 1-2 days.
