Symptom narrative

The shot was administered high on the arm. I had extreme pain for two days after the shot was administered. It really got bad while sleeping the first night after administration. I could not sleep on it. I still have pain with lifting and turning of the arm, and sleeping on it and pressure against it. I am taking analgesics for pain.
