Symptom narrative

Patient presented to ED with CC abdominal pain. Was found to have transaminitis AST 797 ALT 494. Consulting gastroenterologist suspected drug-induced liver injury after immunization as cause. Treated conservatively with fluids and pain management. Patient discharged on 9/17.
