About 30 seconds after getting the flu shot patient said he felt tingly and light headed and wanted to lay down. I helped him to lay down on the floor. Patient lost consciousness briefly, I tapped him on his arm and he came to. I told him he had fainted and that he is safe. 911 was called and the store director as well, patient initially wanted to decline medical assistance but then agreed. Ems determined that patient was ok and safe to leave. Patient was examined for about 10 minutes.
