Loss of consciousness

Symptom narrative

After injection, patient lost consciousness for appx 10 seconds. She was alert and oriented x4 within a minute. She recovered semi reclined for appx 5 minutes then in a full sitting position for appx 5 more minutes. During that time, she drank 8oz of water without issue. She denied chest pain, shortness of breath or other symptoms. She then stood up slowly and was stable on her feet, felt well and able to ambulate independently.
