Symptom narrative

Patient squeezed her eyes and froze. Asked if she's ok-no reply. A moment later got up and wanted to go to the bathroom. She walked a few steps and got dizzy and almost fell. She held to the pole and I supported her. AP came to help and had her seated on a chair by the pole until we located her husband who was shopping in the store. He walked her to the car and they left.
