Symptom narrative

Patient had a syncope after getting the Menveo vaccine. A few minutes after getting the vaccine patient fainted and fell on the floor. She regained consciousness in less than a minute, had her lie down for a few minutes and Patient sat down until she felt better. Gave patient water and orange juice. After almost an hour the patient felt a lot better and left. Advised patient have a check up with her primary doctor.
