Symptom narrative

Suffered sudden cardiac arrest and heart failure with no prior symptoms, age 39, healthy active-duty lifestyle. I went to bed perfectly fine and had no warning, was hospitalized for approximately 11 days, ICU, for 3 days, received 4 shocks from a defibulator to restart my heart, no diagnosis or reason for the sudden cardiac arrest could be found, I have had cath labs and everything done in the hospital after the event, an AICD implanted, I have had a sleep study and do not have sleep apnea.
