Symptom narrative

Immediately after receiving the COVID-19 vaccine, I began experiencing symptoms consistent with exercise-induced asthma. These symptoms have persisted for 4 years without improvement. Within the first month following vaccination, I noticed a significant decrease in my VO2 max and overall exercise tolerance. When I attempt to run or perform cardiovascular activity, I develop shortness of breath that feels disproportionate to the effort, along with a sensation of chest tightness described as a ?band? around my chest that prevents me from taking a full breath. These symptoms occur consistently with exertion and have not returned to my pre-vaccine baseline despite continued exercise attempts.
