Symptom narrative

Constant brain fog as if in a dream like state. It never feels like I truly wake up and I have extreme fatigue throughout the day accompanied with "Black Eyes" from tiredness. Also have memory issues as well as issues being able to recall information that would of never been an issue before. I've always been known for my "Elephant memory" and now I cant even recall what I had for breakfast or simple day to day things related to my job in AMMO. More recently "NOV 2024" I've randomly developed epilepsy accompanied with Tonic Clonic/Grand Mal seizures despite zero family history of such issues. Also significant lack of motivation or love of doing things I once loved due to the detachment feeling.
