Symptom narrative

Following administration of the COVID-19 vaccine, I developed persistent respiratory symptoms including shortness of breath, chronic cough, and reduced lung function. These symptoms progressed and led to a diagnosis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). I have been under the ongoing care of a pulmonologist, receiving medical evaluation and treatment such as inhaler therapy, pulmonary monitoring, and lifestyle adjustments. Despite treatment, symptoms have not fully resolved, and the condition continues to affect daily activities and quality of life.
