Patient reported to dialysis the day after receiving COVID-19 vaccination. She was informed her blood pressure was above 180/100 at the time of her visit. She was treated with clonidine and received dialysis treatment. BP has since lowered and she has been informed to use clonidine as needed in BP begins to rise
