Symptom narrative

Sharp, shooting heart pain. Heart tightening and sense of someone grabbing my heart. For the first 6 months, symptoms occurred 5-10 times daily, 1-5 minutes each time. For the following 4 years, symptoms have gradually reduced in cycles of roughly up to 5 times daily and 1 minute each time.
