Symptom narrative

Erratic heart rate, heart attack like symptoms. Dizziness, tunnel vision cramping in arm. Heart rate into the 150s while resting. Chest pain labored breathing.

Lab data

Dates are in my medical records but ER visit initially where they took labs to see if the heart attack enzyme was present. Multiple EKGs had to do a stress test and and echocardiogram to get back to flight status as pilot
