A 25-year-old male patient received BNT162b2 omicron (lp.8.1) (COMIRNATY (2025-2026 FORMULA)), on 16Sep2025 at 15:30 as dose 1, single (Lot number: MY9550) at the age of 25 years, in left arm for covid-19 immunisation; influenza vaccine (INFLUENZA VACCINE), on 16Sep2025, in left arm for immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history included: "I have aspergers" (unspecified if ongoing). The patient's concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: FATIGUE (non-serious) with onset 16Sep2025 at 17:00, outcome "not recovered", described as "Extremely fatigue"; BACK PAIN (non-serious) with onset 16Sep2025 at 17:00, outcome "not recovered", described as "Major join pain lower back"; PAIN IN EXTREMITY (non-serious) with onset 16Sep2025 at 17:00, outcome "not recovered", described as "Right leg pain from ankle to thighs".
