Symptom narrative

Pain in my chest near my heart; nurse line recommended I go to ER when I received full checkup. Second time, I think I was also referred. Third time it happened, I just didn?t report it as it was a waste of time. Attempted to claim on disability due to known heart issues, it was denied.

Current illness

TFCC complex tear; however wasn?t treated until end of 2021.

Various, but nothing heart related? which I?ve had three heart incidents causing discomfort after the shots.
