Symptom narrative

Patient had redness and arm swelling the right upper arm after receiving her TdaP vaccination on 9/11/2025 at 1800. There was no redness over the vaccine injection site. It got red on the mid portion of the upper arm. It was warm to touch for 1 week. She had some swelling her throat with headaches but no difficulty with breathing. She never sought ER or Urgent care help.

GERD, excessive menstrual bleeding s/p hysterectomy

Unintentional weight loss undergoing workup

Other medications

dulcolax 5 mg as needed, probiotic, multivitamin,

Allergies

Adhesive (rash), cephalexin (mild rash), fentanyl (chest pain), isometheptene (dizziness), latex (rash and swelling), morphine (palpitation), Percocet (nausea), sulfa (family history of allergy)

None by the time patient presented there was minimal swelling or redness
