Symptom narrative

pt says she had body aches, headache and nausea. The next day she developed a migraine headache, severe diarhea, and her voice became raspy. She is very exhausted, dizzy and has a rapid heart rate. She has some blurred vision along with the severe headache. She can't eat and has lost weight. She contacted her PCP and was told to come in if she did not recover due to her weakened immune system.
