Symptom narrative

Patient received flu shot. Approx. 5 mins after patient started having trouble breathing, Patient was wheezing and having trouble responding. Patient also started having a seizure. Provider ordered oxygen and 0.3mls of epi. 911 was called and dispatched to office. Patient started to feel better. When EMS arrived patient started to have trouble breathing again. Was wheezing and unable to talk. Per Providers orders patient was given a second dosage of 0.3ml epi. EMS took over shortly after second dosage.
