Symptom narrative

facial flushing/burning (sunburn-like), thighs and arms burning and red bilateral, started around 1 pm, redness and burning persisted for about 30 minutes before going to urgent care. Office administered a steroid shot and prescribed a steroid pack (patient had an unused steroid pack at home, so prescriber advised she take it, no actual prescription sent in)
