Symptom narrative

patient experienced a rash on the face, neck, and upper back. This rash progressed from head towards feet over 2 days and spread to throughout the body downward . Patient had to seek medical care at an urgent care facility and was prescribed systemic corticosteroids and topical corticosteroids. The medication prescribed included: 1) Prednisone 40mg qd x3d titrating down to 20mg qd x3d to 10mg qd x3 days. 2) Triamcinolone acetonide 0.1% topical cream, AAA up to bid prn
