Symptom narrative

New onset migraines, fatique, SOB, skin rash on legs and back, no energy, horrible insomnia, fevers, PEM, loss of taste, numbness and tingling in upper lip and lower legs bilateral. Anal abscess and new onset diarrhea after years of constipation. New onset anemia with ferritin of 8 Nausea and vomiting. New onset CKD .Treatments too lengthy too list. , including IV IRON. Can provide in attachment if system allows

MRI of brain. Renal ultrasound, multiple labs ordered by all specialists had to see: rheum, heme, gi, long covid specialist, new pcp, neurology, and colorectal surgeon.
