Symptom narrative

Appx. 11 hours after the injection I got shaking chills which lasted about a half-hour and turned into a fever. I also had a moderate headache. The chills/Fever subsided upon waking the following morning, however the headache remained and was relieved with Tylenol. The following day I also had a decreased appetite, a feeling of fatigue, and just a general feeling of "not right."
