Symptom narrative

I received a total of 4 Moderna Covid vaccines, on 2/27/21, 3/27/21, 8/27/21 (the date of this event), and 1/21/22, then a Pfizer dose on 6/30/2022. My increasingly severe inflammatory flares began a few days after the 8/27/21 injection and required steroid treatments, and became increasingly severe after the Pfizer injection on 6/30/2022. From that date forward, I have lived with continuous flares and never regained the level of function I had prior to August of 2021, or even before the Pfizer vaccine in June of 2022. We have additionally changed my biologic treatment in case a part of the problem was my development of antibodies to the Tremfya. We have tried me on Skyrizi and Rinvoq as prescribed by my rheumatologist, and Sotyktu as prescribed by my dermatologist, before returning me to Tremfya after over year to provide a wash-out. No medications have improved my overall levels of inflammation, pain, and fatigue since my Covid vaccines.
