Symptom narrative

Within two days of receiving this vaccine, I began experience symptoms of Meniere's Disease including vertigo, severe ear pain, and hearing loss. I was later diagnosed with Meniere's Disease and am still being treated for it.

Prior vaccinations

09/09/2021, I received meningococcal, anthrax, typhoid and tdap resulting in severe headaches and arm pain/numbness/tingling. I
