Patient came into the pharmacy 09/19/25 stating that since receiving vaccination on 09/17/25 that yesterday 09/18/25 she has experienced issues with her equilibrium, excessive drowsiness, is light-headed, "feels like she is almost going to pass out," is experiencing heart palpitations, general sense of malaise.
