Symptom narrative

I started having issues the month following my Covid vaccine. I started having issues breathing when I would exercise, it was hard to run or do any strenuous activity like mowing the lawn. I had started having daily migraines that lasted for months, now still have them weekly. I have developed numerous red spots on my face and tried numerous creams and no improvement. I have not had a period since my covid vaccine and now at 44 have gone through menopause already. I have developed pelvic issues where it feels numb, I have random episodes where my heart rate beats rapidly for no reason. The past two years have been to ER/numerous Drs because I was tired, feverish, rapid heart rate, abnormal labs and weight loss. Through numerous tests there has been no real diagnosis or explanations for my issues and to why blood work was/is abnormal. Have had random rashes on my legs that have no explanation for having besides allergic reaction, but hadn't done anything different or tried any new foods. All these issues with a lot of unknowns over the past 4 years.
