Symptom narrative

Tachycardia (201bpm) resolved after 12 months, Chest pain, numbness/tingling sensation in left arm 3 months, head aches (current symptom 2025 still), and a permanent allergy to PEG & Polysorbate 80 ingredients that now causes anaphylaxis (confirmed July 2025) needing a epi pen for life.
