Symptom narrative

Received Janssen (Johnson & Johnson) COVID-19 vaccine (Ad26.COV2.S). Soon after, developed chest pain/tightness, elevated heart rate, and a marked decline in running performance/exercise tolerance. Cardiology evaluation included EKG, exercise stress test, nuclear perfusion study (radioactive tracer), and echocardiogram. No prior cardiac history.
