Symptom narrative

Patient states that he passed out for 30 minutes the morning after receiving his vaccines. He states that he did not hit his head. Following the event, he says that he felt so bad he had to call out of work and laid in bed for 2.5 days. Patient is back at work today and seems to be feeling better.
