Symptom narrative

2021 -3 hours after each does was very ill with gastrointestinal issues. Two weeks after second dose I was in the ER with respiratory issues, fatigue, nose bleeds and heart palpitations. Low Hemoglobin (6), low iron (4), low potassium, low B12. Took 2 years to stabilize healthy hemoglobin and iron. Took potassium for a few months. Treated regularly with B12 shots, iron infusions. During hospitalization received emergency blood transfusion. Last iron infusion 10/2023. Upper and lower GI scopes found no internal bleed to explain blood loss. May 2025: Doctor again diagnosed me with low hemoglobin (8), low iron, low B12. Treated with Iron infusions and B12 shots. Bone Marrow Biopsy August 2025 performed and results show Systemic Mastocytosis.
