Symptom narrative

Red welt aroun 1.5 x 3 cm raised welt like hive appeared at injection site noticed around 11 pm. Left arm experiencing noticeable intense pain and sensitivity to touch since injection. Woke up at 1 feeling feverish. Woke up at 2 am feeling cold (room is 77 F), continued throughout the day. Welt appeared to enlarge to 1 x 3 inches. Thursday. 2.5x3.5 inches by friday. Jount pain all over body feels like fire right pinky, left knee, extreme back pain, took tylenol
