Symptom narrative

I was on orders and received the shot near the base we were training at. The following morning after receiving the shot I felt sweaty and was able to move normally. My ears would ring loudly for maybe 20 minutes while I was sitting down and I felt like I would black out. I remember my arm being sore and not feeling well as we flew.
