Patient called on Sunday 9/21/25 at 9:10am to complain that on the evening of Saturday 9/20/25 (day of vaccination of mnexspike 0.2ml) he started to feel faint then it subsided. He wanted to report to it the pharmacy as he states this is not a common reaction to the vaccine. We informed him that it is a known adverse reaction and it can happen after any vaccination. He reported feeling fine this morning.

Other medications

oxybutynin ER 15mg, metoprolol ER 25mg. spironolactone 25mg and atorvastatin 20mg. Fluzone HD administered on 9/17/25
