Symptom narrative

Patient called the pharmacy on Saturday and reported swollen lymph nodes in her right neck. No other pain or concerns. She called back on Sunday and said her lymph node was still swollen, her arm at the injection side was a little sore, her mouth felt like she had burned the inside, and her eyes felt weak. Advised to use Tylenol if needed. She said she will call her medical doctor Monday morning.
