Symptom narrative

Pain at injection site, which grew in intensity and radiated down the arm to the hand. Eventually could not lift the right arm without help or use of left hand. Upper arm was hot. Shooting pains occurred with any movement. Pain continued through the night, but was less intense this morning, but not gone. Its now 3pm, and lifting the right arm is still difficult and has some pain. This doesn?t appear life threatening, but will seek medical consult if it continues Monday.
