Symptom narrative

Patient developed an allergic looking rash, that was itchy, shortly after vaccine administration. The rash developed into cellulitis that made her entire arm swell to her wrist. Treated with antibiotics by her provider. Patient came into pharmacy today (9/21) to report reaction. Cellulitis is resolved at this point. Pneumonia vaccine was administered at the same time as a flu vaccine, into the same arm. Patient has no history of reactions to previous flu vaccines.
