Symptom narrative

Immediately had a reaction at site. Redness, swelling and area hot to touch. Day 2 (9/21/25) the site became itchy.

Eliquis, 5 mg 2X day, Amlodipine Besylate 2.5 mg/day, Aspirin (slow release) 81 mg/day, 2000 mg multi collagen (hair, skin, joint), fiber well gummie 5 grams/day
