Symptom narrative

Patient stated that he felt sick the next day. Achy and feverish. Had tested himself and was negative for Covid. He had the Pfizer Covid vaccines previously with no issues. He had looked at his leaflet and saw he had received Moderna. He said he specifically asked for Pfizer when making the appointment. He said it took about a week for him to fully recover.

Current illness

Per patient was feeling fine before vaccine.
