Symptom narrative

Patient reported development of a "knot" at injection site that lasted ~2 days along with minor swelling, redness, and heat surrounding the site. When presenting on 9/21/25 the site was approximately 3-4 inches long (mostly below injection) and 2-3 inches wide, slightly red and rounded, but no longer hot per patient and the "knot" was no longer present. Patient reported improvement generally and was counseled to follow up with MD if site got worse or stopped improving.
