Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Mild, Additional Details: pt called pharmacy on 9/11/19 8pm. I returned her call 9/12 10am. She c/o of swelling at Shingles injection site and hot. She is able to move her arm normally without any issue and does not have shoulder pain. Advised pt to try otc Advil and follow up if continues.
