Site: Itching at Injection Site-Mild, Site: Pain at Injection Site-Mild, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Severe, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Shoulder Joint Injury (prolonged pain, tingling, etc.)-Mild, Additional Details: size of redness on patient's arm is about 4 inches x 10 inches redness swelling and warm. patient took cetirizine 2 doses. patient will also take benadryl 25 mg 1 capsule every 4-6 hours if not improve by tomorrow night she will see urgent or her pcp or ER
