Symptom narrative

Systemic: Dizziness / Lightheadness-Severe, Systemic: Exhaustion / Lethargy-Severe, Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Severe, Additional Details: 9 year old, very nervous to get the flu vaccine. Received vaccine and was waiting on her father to get his vaccine. Fainted and fell to floor hitting her head. Unconscious for a couple minutes. Then came to and drank some water. Complained of head hurting. Provided an orange drink and water. Had them sit in waiting area for a while. Patient was able to walk and talk. Dad was advised to take her to er to have her head examined.
